Job Description

Join Binance as a Risk Operations AI Specialist and play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our global blockchain ecosystem. You'll review cases escalated by ROCA, using AI-assisted signals to make accurate decisions on KYC Audit, ATO investigation, and more. Your work directly impacts ROCA's continuous learning pipeline by labeling reviewed cases and identifying recurring patterns. Contribute to improving precision and recall targets by providing feedback to Data and Model teams and participating in regular AI model calibration sessions. Maintain SOP pages, flag coverage gaps, and onboard BPO agents on AI-assisted review workflows.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in fraud review, risk operations, or KYC/KYB case management. 2. Hands-on experience with ATO (Account Takeover) detection and investigation. 3. Comfortable working in AI-augmented workflows, interpreting confidence scores, and making decisions based on AI-generated signals. 4. Structured, precise written communication skills for documenting root-cause annotations. 5. Bilingual English/Mandarin proficiency is required. 6. An operator's mindset toward AI tools.
