Join Medely as a Revenue Operations Analyst and play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of our revenue teams. You'll be instrumental in shaping data-driven strategies across the customer lifecycle. Your responsibilities include: - Crafting and delivering key metrics and reports that provide actionable insights. - Conducting in-depth analyses to pinpoint root causes and growth opportunities. - Building and maintaining complex financial and operational models using Excel and Google Sheets to forecast the impact of strategic decisions. - Automating lead enrichment and enhancing account targeting using tools like Clay and AI workflows. - Ensuring data integrity by performing comprehensive audits of workflows and commission calculations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful business change and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess: 1. 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, investment banking, or business analytics. 2. Expert-level skills in Excel and Google Sheets. 3. A deep understanding of Salesforce and GTM processes. 4. Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for troubleshooting data discrepancies. 5. Proficiency in handling large datasets from multiple sources. 6. Strong communication skills to build trust and drive change through data-backed insights. 7. A background in Finance, Economics, or Business Analytics. 8. Bonus points for experience with Tableau, SQL, and AI-powered data orchestration platforms like Clay.
