Job Description
Strategically lead the Deal Desk team across all regions. Exercise judgment in discount approvals for nonstandard transactions, engaging key stakeholders throughout. Understand business practices, economic factors, and challenges, providing best-in-class sales support. Manage additional projects as assigned and manage the deal desk team providing daily guidance.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in a sales environment. 2. Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Excel skills. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Analytical skills with financial, IT, or reporting experience. 5. Deal Desk, pricing, and negotiation experience in a software company. 6. Experience in a global company supporting multiple regions.
