Retirement Plan Account Administrator

Job Description

- Manage and service retirement plan accounts, focusing on client satisfaction and adherence to regulations. - Establish strong relationships with plan sponsors and brokers to address intricate plan-related matters. - Fulfill plan sponsors' requests by providing detailed information on various topics. - Analyze issue trends and response times to identify areas for improvement. - Propose and implement enhancements to workflows and procedures, aiming to boost efficiency and ensure higher client satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree with 1 year of experience, or 4 years of equivalent experience. 2. 3-5 years of experience in defined contribution plan administration/management, emphasizing customer service/relationship management. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 4. Strong knowledge of ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulatory issues. 5. Solid understanding of roles and responsibilities of TPA, Plan Sponsor, broker, and participant in qualified plans, including testing and plan documents.
