Retail IT Support Analyst

Job Description

As a Retail IT Support Analyst, you'll be the main contact for store tech tickets and calls. Your responsibilities include performing first-level troubleshooting to resolve issues or escalate them when necessary. You will be prioritizing critical, time-sensitive issues to maintain smooth operations, and maintaining thorough documentation for all assigned tickets. Keeping a close watch on support channels to detect outages and communicating notable patterns to relevant teams are crucial. Furthermore, you will contribute your expertise to enrich the team's knowledge base and communicate professionally with store teams.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Windows operating systems. 2. Basic understanding of networking. 3. Knowledge of general computer operations. 4. Experience with IT ticketing systems and issue tracking software. 5.
