Research/Insights Manager
Job Description
Uncover significant consumer insights to inform product strategy and enhance market impact. Convert data into compelling, actionable narratives, shaping brand positioning and planning. Develop impactful presentations for leadership, connecting insights with practical execution. Utilize diverse qualitative and quantitative research methods. Master the entire research process, from defining the initial problem to measuring and implementing results. Apply strategic judgment in using existing data versus initiating new research. Work independently, managing priorities and complex tasks effectively.
Qualifications
1. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. 2. 10+ years of experience in end-to-end consumer insights research, specialising in hybrid qualitative/quantitative methodologies, go-to-market strategy, and translating complex data into high-impact narratives for executive leadership. 3. A deep toolkit of research principles, tools, and measurement techniques. 4. Proficient understanding of how research contributes to broader marketing and business goals. 5. Experience in cross-project collaborations, proactively identifying user constraints and opportunities. 6. Ensure high-quality strategic and tactical findings that significantly impact the team’s success. 7. Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
