Regional Vice President – Retirement Sales
Job Description
Drive the expansion of retirement plan sales through partnerships with Financial Professionals, TPAs, RIAs, and DC I/O Firms. Champion our diverse product range and the offerings of our valued alliance partners. Participate in sales meetings as needed. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with Financial Professionals. Streamline wholesaling efforts to boost reach and efficiency. Provide comprehensive management reports and handle specialized tasks upon request, contributing to the growth of retirement savings.
Qualifications
1. Possess 7-10 years of relevant experience in the retirement plan sector or 3-5 years in a retirement plan wholesaling role. 2. Showcase a history of successfully selling comprehensive defined contribution recordkeeping and administrative solutions. 3. Hold Series 6 and 63 licenses (or commit to acquiring them within six months of joining).
