Regional Vice President, CPA Alliances

Job Description

Drive growth by identifying, prospecting, and engaging with national, regional, and mid-sized CPA firms aligned with our client profile. Develop outreach strategies to CPA decision-makers and present our referral program, highlighting client outcomes and revenue opportunities. Conduct discovery meetings to assess partnership potential and build trusted relationships. Serve as the primary liaison between CPA firms and internal teams, facilitating onboarding and developing joint business initiatives. Track KPIs and adapt partnership strategies according to industry trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. 2. 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within financial services, RIA, asset management, CPA firms, or professional services. 3. Demonstrated success in sourcing, closing, and growing strategic partnerships. 4. Strong understanding of the RIA model and wealth management industry. 5. Experience engaging CPAs, accounting firms, or professional services organizations. 6. FINRA licenses (Series 7/63/65/66) or willingness to obtain, if applicable. 7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools. 8. Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday preferred.
