Regional Sales Trainer – Dermatology
Job Description
As a Regional Sales Trainer, you'll partner with the District Manager (DM) to ensure new hires receive advanced training and mentorship post-Initial Field Training Course (IFTC). Your role involves developing and implementing training programs to enhance the effectiveness of sales representatives in a dynamic market. You'll conduct field visits to provide coaching and feedback, assess strengths and weaknesses, and collaborate on training plans. You'll also design and deliver compliant learning solutions, leveraging existing platforms and content to maintain consistency. Effective communication with stakeholders, specific feedback, and tailored coaching techniques are essential. You will integrate training activities into brand team business plans, serve as a product and disease-state expert, and provide regular feedback to improve training programs.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree 2. 2+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent 3. Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP) 4. High-performing sales track record and understanding of commercial success drivers 5. Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships and align training with business strategy 6. Proven ability to integrate business trends and market drivers into competitive plans 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with sales representatives and management
