Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager and drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies for both existing and new products. Expand the reach of The BOSS Snowplow across North America and Canada, identifying and cultivating new markets while nurturing existing ones. Manage and develop a network of Distributors and Sub-Distributors within your designated region, fostering strong relationships and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. 2. 5+ years experience for RSM I, 8+ years for RSM II; sales and industry experience preferred. 3. Proven record of sales success in a direct or related field. 4. Excellent relationship-building skills. 5. Self-motivated with self-initiative. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). 7. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 8. Effective conflict-resolution skills.
