Drive sales growth as a Regional Sales Manager for NAPA Tools & Equipment. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to surpass revenue targets. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering their performance and career advancement. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts. Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and navigate challenges. Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are preferred. 2. Extensive sales management experience, ideally within the automotive aftermarket or tools and equipment sector. 3. A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. 4. Strong leadership qualities and team development capabilities. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. 6. Capacity to think strategically and execute effectively in a dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.
