Job Description

Seeking a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead and implement the regional sales strategy, aiming to fulfill sales, revenue, and profitability objectives. Responsibilities include managing, mentoring, and nurturing a top-tier sales team, promoting accountability, engagement, and career advancement. Additionally, collaborate across departments such as Sales Planning, Business Partnering, Marketing, and Customer Service to synchronize goals and deliver comprehensive customer strategies. The role also involves cultivating and sustaining robust, strategic partnerships with distributors, commercial and non-commercial entities, and channel allies, ensuring mutual success and growth.

Qualifications

1. Requires a Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university. 2. Requires 8+ years of relevant sales and leadership experience and/or training. 3. Requires a solid financial background with experience in managing sales performance and profit and loss (P&L) statements. 4. Must be able to effectively lead a geographically dispersed team and handle competing priorities and unexpected demands. 5. Must have excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills.
