Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to foster client relationships and expand our presence in the construction market. This role involves: - Conducting intensive visits to current and prospective clients to offer top-notch support and broaden the existing customer base. - Handling pricing and conditions within the designated region, adhering to established guidelines. - Monitoring the market and competitors, delivering comprehensive reports. - Participating in industry trade shows, in-house exhibitions, training sessions, and other events. - Proactively acquiring new clients. - Reporting directly to the manager and collaborating closely with the internal sales team, application consultants, and product management.

Qualifications

To excel in this Regional Sales Manager role, you should possess: 1. Sales experience, ideally several years in field sales with technically sophisticated products. 2. Willingness to travel extensively and consistently. 3. Experience with sealants and adhesives, as well as industry experience in construction (windows, doors, facades, walls, and floors), is highly desirable. 4. Solid understanding of the regional market for construction products and distribution channels. 5. A dedicated home office space with ample room is essential. 6. A valid driver's license (Category B). 7. Proficiency in using Office 365. 8. Exceptional initiative, strong organizational skills, and a confident, personable, and persuasive demeanor. 9. Primary residence within the designated sales territory.
