Job Description

Take ownership of managing grocery accounts with key retailers, including REWE, EDEKA, and Kaufland. Optimize product distribution and secure effective secondary placements. Enhance product visibility to boost sales. Collaborate with store managers, department heads, and business owners to drive sales initiatives. Acquire new stores to expand our product reach. Introduce innovative sales strategies to stay competitive.

Qualifications

1. Hold commercial vocational training or a degree focused on sales/distribution. 2. Possess several years of experience in FMCG sales or within the retail sector. 3. Demonstrate a confident demeanor when interacting with retail clients. 4. Exhibit the ability to present compelling commercial and business arguments. 5. Display an engaging and dynamic personality. 6. Show assertiveness and strong problem-solving capabilities. 7. Maintain a committed work ethic with self-initiative. 8. Exhibit a high degree of flexibility and mobility.
