Regional Sales Manager

Asia – Remote Full-Time

Job Description

Take ownership of the entire sales process for a specific group of accounts in China. Develop and manage a strong pipeline focusing on key sectors like automotive, robotics, consumer electronics, and industrial AI. Cultivate strong relationships with executives and technical teams at target accounts and channel partners. Oversee customer assessments and design efforts in close collaboration with Quadric's application and field engineering teams. Create and implement a regional market strategy in line with Quadric's growth objectives. Deliver reliable and current sales forecasts and pipeline insights to leadership. Represent Quadric at industry events, client meetings, and partner engagements within the region.

Qualifications

1. Requires 8+ years of field sales experience within the semiconductor, AI hardware, or related deep technology sectors. 2. Must have a proven track record of successfully closing complex technical sales with major enterprise and technology clients. 3. Possess an established network of relevant contacts and ecosystem partners throughout China. 4. Experience in managing extended design cycles and guiding technical evaluations with multiple stakeholders is essential. 5. Must demonstrate strong technical understanding and the ability to engage effectively with both executive and engineering teams. 6. Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English are necessary, with proficiency in Traditional Chinese considered a plus. 7. Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the region and occasionally to Quadric HR in the US, as well as to company offsite meetings when required.
