Job Description

Unger is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cultivate relationships with dealers and end customers, driving revenue growth in Northern Germany. This role involves increasing sales with existing and new customers, including wholesalers, buying groups, and end consumers. The manager will conduct seminars, product training, and demonstrations, support sales activities, manage trade shows, prepare sales forecasts, negotiate with dealers, assist with credit checks, and monitor market developments. Collaboration with the sales team is essential.

Qualifications

1. A degree in business administration or substantial professional sales experience. 2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the industry preferred. 3. Knowledge of the cleaning/hygiene industry desirable. 4. Proven track record of consistently growing sales. 5. Experience in sales management is essential. 6. Fluent in German. 7. Advantageous to have English language skills.
