Join J.R. Simplot Company as a Regional Sales Manager and spearhead foodservice sales. This role involves leading the regional sales plan to meet targets, managing a high-performing sales team, and executing large contracts. Collaborate with internal teams, oversee forecasting, and develop strong relationships with distributors. Identify growth opportunities, manage trade spend effectively, and drive consistent results. People management responsibilities include development and evaluation of the regional sales team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. 2. 8+ years of related sales and leadership experience and/or training. 3. Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and operational discipline. 4. Solid financial background with experience managing sales performance and profit and loss (P&L) statements. 5. Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills. 6. Proven ability to influence attitudes and actions across functional lines. 7. Ability to lead a geographically dispersed team and manage competing priorities and unexpected demands. 8. Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills. 9. Strong group presentation skills. 10. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50–60%); occasional weekend travel may be required.
