Job Description

Join us as a Regional Sales Manager and drive success within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be exceeding sales goals for our innovative medical devices. Key responsibilities include: - Achieving and surpassing company sales targets. - Creating and implementing strategic account and territory plans. - Cultivating strong relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders to foster a customer-centric environment. - Continuously enhancing your expertise in product approval processes, territory development, and clinical knowledge. - Sharing best practices and innovative ideas with team members. - Utilizing CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activities. - Providing timely activity reports and business reviews. - Participating in trade show exhibits and company sales meetings. - Collaborating with surgeons to promote our products through presentations and publications. - Identifying cases for studies and contributing to our video library. - Ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements for access to target accounts. - Contributing to project teams and facilitating hospital product approvals. - Identifying and engaging with new target hospitals and physicians. - Assisting with surgeon and hospital staff training.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need: 1. 3+ years of experience in orthopedic or medical device sales. 2. A Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3. The ability to strategically sell novel products. 4. Experience thriving in a startup environment and launching new products. 5. Proficiency in customer and account profiling. 6. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets. 7. Excellent professional references. 8. An entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset. 9. Exceptional customer service skills. 10. Strong teamwork and consensus-building abilities. 11. The ability to assess and recommend improvements to communication materials. 12. Experience developing tools for gathering feedback from stakeholders. 13. The ability to communicate customer needs effectively. 14. Proactive identification of promotional material needs. 15. Proficiency in phone and email communication. 16. Comfort in a startup environment, with a readiness to adapt to a larger organization. 17. The ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
