Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager! In this role, you will: - Represent and promote our product line within your assigned territory. - Find, assess, and cultivate new business opportunities with both current and potential clients. - Maintain and nurture existing client relationships. - Present compelling presentations and proposals, focusing on increasing profitability. - Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and implementation strategies. - Collaborate with inside sales teams to drive business growth. - Coordinate across departments and leverage internal expertise. - Enhance sales processes and resources. - Provide timely reports and feedback to leadership.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. 5+ years of relevant professional experience. 2. 2+ years of direct experience in outside account management sales. 3. Solid knowledge of the aerospace industry. 4. Experience with steel distribution and metal service centers. 5. A strong commitment to customer service. 6. Proven sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results. 7. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively and present ideas. 8. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 10. Strong organizational skills.
