Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
Assume full accountability for sales operations throughout the eastern region of Ireland. Manage a team consisting of Business Development Representatives and Market Developers. Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving profitable growth and surpassing sales goals. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with customers. Engage in negotiations and successfully finalize agreements with clients. Regularly assess and interpret sales performance metrics. Oversee sales budgets and expenditures.
Qualifications
1. Strong retail and previous management experience 2. Full driving licence 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 4. Previous experience in managing and coaching an FMCG Sales Team 5. Experience managing Head Office Key Accounts or Regional Key Accounts would be beneficial 6. Experience in the snack food/FMCG industry. 7. Experience with CRM systems. 8. Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting. 9. Experience in developing and implementing sales training programs.
