Job Description
Seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. This role involves identifying new business prospects across commercial, governmental, healthcare, and educational sectors. You will nurture relationships with dealers and key stakeholders to elevate brand presence. Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and manage existing accounts through expert product support and training. Partnering with architects and designers, you'll integrate office furniture solutions. Deliver tailored sales presentations and expertly negotiate contracts in line with company policy. Achieve growth in market share and provide insightful sales reports to leadership, refining strategies based on market analysis and customer feedback. Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative sales culture and driving results.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2. 5+ years of sales experience, including 3 years in regional management. 3. Proven leadership in people development and market growth within the industry. 4. 3+ years managing sales teams, driving performance, and leading successful teams. 5. Broad network of contacts in the office interiors industry. 6. Ability to travel up to 50%. 7. Advanced selling, negotiation, and contract closing skills with strategic and tactical thinking. 8. Understanding of furniture products, space planning, and sales. 9. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with excellent collaboration and negotiation skills. 10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build relationships with stakeholders. 11. Encourage innovative ideas and effective communication. 12. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
