Regional Sales Manager – Electrophysiology
Job Description
Take charge as a Regional Sales Manager, providing first and second-line management to your dedicated team. Lead HR activities, coaching, and development for all direct and indirect reports. Be accountable for achieving sales revenue targets within the Electrophysiology (EP) portfolio. Collaborate effectively with your team and support staff to implement well-defined strategies aimed at boosting market share and revenue generation. Develop an in-depth understanding of the market, including competitor offerings, and effectively communicate the rationale behind using Abbott's EP products.
Qualifications
1. A Degree in life science or equivalent. 2. Significant medical sales experience in medical devices. 3. Ideally in a similar sales management role, with cardiology preferred. 4. Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong communication skills. 5. Results orientated, strategic thinker, problem solver, with good negotiation skills. 6. Ethical character.
