Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

Take charge of designing and implementing sales strategies tailored for specific markets. Collaborate with distributors to meet all business goals. Identify and cultivate new distribution channels in line with the company's vision. Keep a close watch on forecasts, budgets, set goals, and sales numbers. Encourage and manage distributor performance. Carry out regular business assessments and site visits. Apply and track pricing strategies. Keep and share detailed insights about the company's brand offerings. Monitor competitor actions and remain current with industry developments. Be forward-thinking in discovering potential distributors and important sales locations. Provide help for off-trade and specific channel strategies and contract talks. Handle travel and costs effectively.

Qualifications

1. Requires 10 years of experience in spirits sales and managing distributors. 2. Solid experience within the Chinese market is essential. 3. Background in FMCG, including on/off-premise, outlet management, and e-commerce, is advantageous. 4. Must possess a degree. 5. Strong business understanding is required. 6. Excellent analytical abilities, results-focused, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 7. Effective communication and negotiation skills are necessary. 8. Must be detail-oriented and persuasive. 9. Strong presentation and selling abilities. 10. IT proficient (computer literate). 11. English as the primary working language is preferred. 12. Must be willing to travel both nationally and internationally as needed.
