Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
Take charge of the entire Northeast territory, focusing on creating pipelines, advancing deals, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining accurate forecasting. Expand into sleep labs, IDTFs, health systems, and clinical organizations with multiple sites to generate new business and grow key accounts. Use clinical expertise to highlight how EEG diagnostics, simplified workflows, and superior data can offer significant advantages to doctors, managers, and tech experts. Keep Zoho CRM data current, which includes promptly responding to inquiries, clearly organizing opportunities, updating closing dates, and predicting revenue accurately. Build strong relationships with key people, such as sleep doctors, lung specialists, neurologists, technical directors, administrators, and top executives. Provide outstanding product demonstrations and ensure that Beacon HST is clinically validated in real-world settings. Go to local and national meetings to find new leads, build connections, support market education, and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Work closely with teams such as Clinical Enablement, Operations, Product, Customer Experience, and Logistics to ensure smooth onboarding, consistent utilization, and dependable reordering processes. Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Protected Health Information in accordance with HIPAA standards. Achieve consistent quota attainment, overtake competitors, expand multi-site accounts, and nurture regional Key Opinion Leader (KOL) networks.
Qualifications
1. 7 or more years of medical device or healthcare sales experience. 2. 4 or more years in sleep diagnostics, cardiopulmonary diagnostics, neurology-adjacent diagnostics, or a closely related clinical market. 3. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based territory role. 4. Demonstrated ability to sell into complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and longer buying cycles. 5. Strong clinical curiosity and the ability to explain diagnostic differentiation without overcomplicating the message. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation, executive presence, and presentation skills. 7. Ability to operate independently, prioritize the right accounts, manage competing demands, and build structure in an underdeveloped territory. 8. Proficiency with CRM systems, with Zoho experience preferred, and Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Northeast region. 10. Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced business, clinical, or healthcare-related education preferred. 11. High ownership, strong field discipline, coachability, intellectual honesty, and comfort operating in a competitive growth-stage environment.
