Regional Sales Manager – AL, GA, TN Territory
Job Description
Join Millwood, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager and drive growth by securing high-value accounts within the Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee territory. Build strong market presence through strategic business relationships and long-term contracts. Conduct industry research to tailor effective sales solutions and leverage broker partnerships for market expansion. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create custom packaging solutions. Provide local support to national account customers and document all activities in Salesforce. Develop competitive pricing models to protect margin integrity.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Preferred) 2. 5+ years in outside sales role 3. Proven strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities 4. Ability to travel within the territory 3-5 days per week 5. Availability for overnight travel within your territory and to corporate meetings, events; or as required 6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and Outlook 7. Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel by car and plane 8. Must be able to rent transportation when required
