Job Description

Join us as a Regional Sales Leader, where you'll spearhead the sales strategy and execution for your designated region. Your mission is to drive maximum market penetration and growth for the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio. You will manage and track top-line performance and resource allocation across regional priorities. Key responsibilities include overseeing the development of account strategies and execution plans to foster growth in Facial and the entire product portfolio. You will lead, coach, and develop Facial and SkinMedica Sales Representatives within your region. Partner with your direct team and aligned product teams to pinpoint specific cross-portfolio opportunities. Collaborate with cross-portfolio sales teams and allocate resources to execute aligned strategies. You'll also work closely with essential stakeholders such as Allergan Practice Consultants (APC) and Allergan Digital Consultants (ADC). Support business owner relationships with regional strategic accounts and guide the development of account plans across the regional pod. Furthermore, you will support the execution of National Account strategies at the ship-to level and lead the coordinated execution of cross-portfolio strategy and opportunities across Facial, SkinMedica, PRM, and Body Contouring sales teams.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree is a must. 2. MBA is highly preferred. 3. Possess 10+ years of experience in sales and sales management. 4. Having marketing experience is advantageous. 5. Showcase successful Sales Management experience and a track record of leading teams in the Pharmaceutical, Med Device, and Consumer Sales industries. 6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the aesthetics industry. 7. Experience in a direct sales/cash environment (B2B). 8. Experiences such as physician/account-based selling, training, marketing, business development are desirable. 9. Must have experience leading in a cross-functional team setting. 10. Valid driver’s license: ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
