Regional Practice Manager
Job Description
Assume responsibility for the daily operations of multiple infusion centers, ensuring exceptional patient and referring provider satisfaction. Recruit, guide, manage, and hold accountable high-performing clinical and intake teams within your centers. Skillfully manage clinical and non-clinical staffing to align with business and patient requirements. Uphold core processes, suggesting enhancements as necessary. Handle facility-related matters as they arise. Oversee staffing budgets. Effectively address concerns and feedback from patients and referring providers. Foster a constructive and collaborative work atmosphere.
Qualifications
1. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and ability to navigate ambiguity. 2. Previous experience in patient-facing roles, whether as a manager or direct practitioner. 3. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare and insurance is highly desirable. 4. RN, LPN credentials or pharmacy intake background with management experience are highly preferred. 5. Exceptional organizational prowess, capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a dynamic environment. 6. Superb communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. 7. Willingness to travel within the designated territory of South NJ & PA as needed. 8. Proficiency in healthcare software systems and electronic health records.
