Regional Performance Manager – Automotive F&I

Job Description

As a Regional Performance Manager, you will: • Be the main contact for key partners and clients, aiming to achieve specific goals and strategic outcomes. • Develop and deliver custom training programs that support OEM automakers and their dealership networks in enhancing their Finance & Insurance business. • Strategically utilize the Safe-Guard Training platform to differentiate our value-added products and services. • Represent Safe-Guard prominently at industry events, conferences, and in publications. • Collaborate with the Sales Management Team on initiatives to boost sales revenue. • Improve programs and systems related to Safe-Guard product knowledge, menu selling expertise, and objection handling within the industry. • Conduct regional and dealership training seminars to increase dealer profitability and product sales. • Create and use training and marketing materials approved by management and the company. • Help dealers comply with laws and regulations through best practice reviews and ongoing training. • Promote and facilitate dealer participation in F&I certification and training classes hosted by Safe-Guard. • Educate all relevant departments and personnel on the benefits and value of Safe-Guard products. • Implement action plans to increase sales of Safe-Guard products and services. • Strengthen relationships with partners to develop beneficial strategies that improve productivity.

Qualifications

Here are the qualifications: 1. 6+ years of management experience in automotive retail (F&I, Sales Mgr, GSM, GM, Training Specialist). 2. 2+ years of specific F&I experience (can be part of the 6+ years above). 3. 3+ years of successful territory management and training (can be part of the 6+ years above). 4. Extensive knowledge and experience in menu selling. 5. Proficient in selling the current F&I product suite portfolio. 6. Experienced in developing accounts with consistent results. 7. Experienced in hands-on training of dealership staff and/or train-the-trainer in-store development. 8. Bachelor’s Degree (BA) preferred. 9. Excellent communication and public speaking skills. 10. Proven success in developing innovative programs through established conversion methods. 11. Willing to travel at least 70%. 12. Authorized to work in the U.S. 13. Able to pass a background check.
