Job Description

Drive regional revenue growth as a Regional Manager for Business Development, focusing on restaurant solutions. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to surpass targets. Develop and implement a regional sales strategy for new business and market expansion. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation. Cultivate strong relationships with restaurant leadership, from GMs to C-suite executives. Collaborate across product, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery. Represent NCR Voyix at industry events and trade shows, showcasing our innovative solutions.

Qualifications

1. 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, including quota-carrying people management. 2. Hunter personality with a drive to succeed. 3. Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex sales cycles. 4. Background in payments processing, SaaS, or enterprise software sales. 5. Solid understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality tech. 6. Executive presence, negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred). 7. Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region.
