Job Description

Join Omnissa as a Regional Director, Healthcare Strategic Sales, and lead strategic growth within the Large Enterprise - Strategic & Premier Healthcare business. Mentor a team of Field Strategic Healthcare Account Executives and implement regional sales strategies to meet business goals. Manage the sales pipeline, build strong customer relationships, and provide sales forecasts and performance metrics. Collaborate with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Channel teams to drive success.

Qualifications

1. 12+ years of experience in technology sales 2. At least 5 years in a front-line sales leadership role within the healthcare industry 3. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets 4. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and forecasting abilities 5. Expertise in value-based selling and consultative sales methodologies 6. Knowledge of EUC, VDI, UEM, or DaaS solutions is a plus 7. Education: Bachelor’s preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
