Regional Delivery Director
Job Description
Join Bob's Discount Furniture as a Regional Delivery Director, embodying our culture, brand, and commitment to customer experience across your designated region and company-wide. You will manage a portfolio primarily composed of Third-Party Logistic (3PL) carriers and indirectly support our store network through effective delivery operations. As a vital liaison and subject matter expert, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Store Operations, DC Operations, and Inventory Control. Your leadership will be key in achieving and surpassing financial, operational, and customer experience goals, all while continuously improving our people and processes.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree; or 15 years of equivalent experience in transportation logistics or retail multi-unit management. 2. 7+ years in logistics management with demonstrated continuous improvement. 3. 7+ years in multi-unit retail leadership.
