Your responsibilities include: - Using various sourcing methods, like LinkedIn Recruiter and social media, to find potential candidates. - Creating and maintaining strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs. - Reaching out to candidates using provided communication materials. - Handling candidate responses and organizing screening interviews. - Obtaining resumes from interested candidates and uploading them to our systems. - Keeping candidate information and notes precise and current. - Assisting multiple teams by providing support and smooth transitions to recruiters. - Working closely with recruiters to guarantee high-quality candidates and a positive experience. - Offering additional support during slower times.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you'll need: 1. 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, coordination, sales, or customer service. 2. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 3. A strong interest in recruitment, sourcing, and market analysis. 4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 5. Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data administration. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 7. The ability to prioritize and act quickly in a dynamic setting. 8.
