Recruitment Manager

Job Description

Join our team as a Recruitment Manager and lead the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers in both Poland and the United States. You'll spearhead initiatives to refine and enhance our processes, while also engaging in hands-on recruitment as needed. We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and innovate within our team.

Qualifications

1. Must have at least 3 years of experience leading a team. 2. Must have at least 6 years of experience in IT industry recruitment. 3. Startup-minded approach rather than corporate. 4. Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders. 5. Experience with ATS and HRIS systems. 6. Proven success in hands-on headhunting and direct sourcing for senior positions. 7. Comfortable engaging in operational recruitment tasks. 8. Data-oriented approach to recruitment. 9. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. 10. Fluent in Polish (C2) and English (B2/C1 minimum).
