Job Description

Join Generation as a Recruitment Coordinator and play a vital role in our remote employability training program. Support learner recruitment by conducting outreach activities and events to attract potential applicants. Assist with digital marketing efforts, maintain our social media presence, and ensure accurate data tracking. Prepare for and facilitate learner onboarding events, manage our digital recruitment platform, and screen applications efficiently. Become an integral part of helping individuals gain life-changing career skills.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in participant recruitment, marketing, or outreach. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions and embrace new technologies. 4. Experience in digital marketing, including content creation and social media management. 5. Background in workforce development or education/training. 6. Experience working with diverse populations. 7. Proficiency with Canvas LMS, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
