Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
Manage interview scheduling across time zones with speed and accuracy. Serve as the main contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to drive the hiring process for various roles. Handle multiple priorities while maintaining candidate experience. Maintain candidate records in Greenhouse, collect feedback, and coordinate next steps. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations and candidate engagement.
Qualifications
1. 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support. 2. Experience supporting multiple recruiters in a high-volume environment. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 5. Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse. 6. A growth mindset and adaptability.
