Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
Join BJAK as a Recruiting Coordinator, and support our global talent acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities include: * Organizing interviews across various time zones, managing schedules with precision. * Maintaining the accuracy of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) through daily audits of candidate progress, data, and feedback. * Following up with interviewers to ensure timely submission of their evaluations. * Preparing offer letters and coordinating essential pre-employment documents for successful candidates. * Performing routine reviews of job postings, monitoring application metrics, and proactively identifying potential issues. * Managing the posting and reposting of jobs across multiple platforms to maintain a consistent flow of candidates.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Recruiting Coordinator, you should have: 1. At least 1 year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment support. 2. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. 3. Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 5. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment. 6. Comfort in collaborating with global teams across different time zones. 7. Experience supporting high-volume hiring. 8. Familiarity with ATS tools like Ashby. 9. Exposure to strategies for optimizing job postings and monitoring recruitment metrics. 10. Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or operational roles. Recent graduates with strong execution skills are encouraged to apply.
