Job Description
Join TEHORA, a project management firm, as a Recruiter responsible for the complete staffing lifecycle. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, create job postings, screen applications, and interview potential candidates. You will maintain candidate pools, identify passive candidates, and analyze candidates' skill sets to meet organizational needs. You'll also advise hiring managers during interviews and execute talent attraction strategies. Staying informed about market trends in recruitment is essential.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience. 2. Agency recruitment experience is highly desirable. 3. Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills. 4. Ability to manage shifting priorities and problem-solve effectively. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Initiative and ability to anticipate necessary actions. 7. Excellent client service and follow-up skills. 8. High ethical standards and confidentiality. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn Recruiter. 10. Ability to manage 15-20 open roles based on recruitment priorities. 11. Experience in recruiting specialized IT and engineering roles is an asset. 12. Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English. 13. Excellent proficiency in spoken and written French.
