Join our team as a Recruiter and play a crucial role in scaling our teams quickly in a remote setting. As a Recruiter, your core responsibilities include: - Successfully hire 30+ candidates within the initial 90 days, contributing directly to team expansion. - Efficiently manage recruitment pipelines using an ATS (Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms). - Maintain a structured and urgent approach to keep the recruitment process moving forward. - Communicate clearly and effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
