Job Description
Seeking a skilled Recruiter to manage hiring processes across diverse segments and organizational levels. Responsibilities include defining sourcing strategies, proactively identifying talent for specialized roles, maintaining talent pools, and generating technical reports and assessments.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in recruitment and selection; consultancy experience is a plus. 2. Expertise with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas, etc.). 3. Competency in conducting competency-based interviews. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with an analytical mindset. 5. Active CNPJ for independent contracting. 6. Availability for remote work. 7. Own laptop or computer in excellent condition. 8. Mobile phone (corporate SIM provided). 9. Microsoft Office installed and functional. 10. Stable internet, headset with microphone, and professional work environment. 11. HR, Psychology, or related degree. 12. Experience with strategic roles and high-volume hiring.
