Job Description

Provide assistance and support to caregivers via telephone. Conduct qualification and onboarding of caregivers through telephone communication. Assist clients in their search for suitable caregivers. Provide support to caregivers throughout their assignments. Proactively offer assistance to colleagues. Promote a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in Romanian 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German 3. English is a plus 4. 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Call Center Agent, customer support representative, or in a similar role 5. Enjoy speaking on the phone and communicating with caregivers by email and phone 6. Experience working with various software and CRM tools 7. Willingness to learn and grow 8. Hands-on mentality
