Job Description

Provide leadership, support, and vision during the process of acquiring and placing applicants. Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment with Federal Expertise. Specialize in Talent Sourcing within Federal Contracting and Military Environments. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs. Ensure Regulatory Compliance and maintain Quality standards throughout the recruitment process. Maximize the use of ATS and Recruitment Tools to streamline operations. Support Credentialing and Onboarding procedures for new hires. Advise on Compensation Strategy to attract and retain top talent. Track Labor Market Trends to stay ahead of industry changes. Enhance Candidate Experience by providing a smooth and informative recruitment process.

Qualifications

1. 5+ Years of Recruiting Experience, demonstrating a successful track record in talent acquisition. 2. Proficient in ATS/CRM Platforms, with the ability to effectively manage candidate data and recruitment workflows. 3. Possess Advanced Sourcing & Engagement Skills, capable of identifying and attracting top talent through innovative sourcing methods. 4. Knowledgeable in Regulatory & Compensation matters, ensuring compliance and competitive compensation packages. 5. Exhibit Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers. 6. Highly Organized & Responsive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and provide timely updates.
