Job Description
Lead proactive sourcing efforts across various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards, to cultivate strong talent pipelines. Identify and engage passive candidates for current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer extensions. Conduct independent searches for specialized or hard-to-fill roles. Maintain and track candidate pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires. Assist employees and candidates with HR-related inquiries. Generate hiring and HR reports, monitoring pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness. Participate in virtual job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
Qualifications
1. At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on sourcing and talent mapping. 2. Proven success in filling niche roles across multiple industries. 3. Experience hiring for US-based positions and understanding US employment practices. 4. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. 5. Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities. 6. Excellent verbal and written English proficiency. 7. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/HRIS tools. 9. Ability to work in a US time zone (PST) and commit to a minimum of 45 hours per week.
