Job Description
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle at Airship, from defining the role and sourcing candidates to conducting assessments and closing offers. Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to align hiring profiles with team needs and business strategy. Collaborate with People & Talent Operations to ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Utilize AI and modern tools to improve efficiency in sourcing, screening, and coordination. Contribute to the evolution of recruiting workflows and processes to enhance the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications
1. Possess 5+ years of proven recruiting experience, from sourcing through closing. 2. Capable of independently running searches and consistently delivering results. 3. Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR/People team members. 4. Demonstrate strong judgment in candidate assessment. 5. Exhibit high attention to detail and process discipline. 6. Comfortable owning both strategy and execution, including coordination. 7. Experienced in contributing to structured recruiting processes and systems. 8. Familiar with modern recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter). 9. Proactive in the use of AI and emerging recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement. 10. Comfortable working in evolving environments with developing processes and infrastructure.
