Job Description
Provide telephone support to clients, addressing administrative inquiries and billing-related questions. Guide clients on account statuses. Perform additional tasks as directed by your supervisor, ensuring excellent service and contributing to team goals.
Qualifications
1. Completed secondary education. 2. A minimum of 3 months of experience in customer service, either in person or in a call center setting (formal or informal). 3. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. 4. Operating System: Windows 11 Pro, Enterprise, or Workstation. 5. RAM: Minimum of 8GB. 6. Wired internet connection (Ethernet cable). 7. Headset/headphones with microphone. 8. PC webcam or integrated laptop camera.
