Job Description
Provide telephone assistance to clients, resolving administrative inquiries and billing issues. Guide customers in their requests, among other functions assigned by their supervisor, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient problem resolution. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Completed secondary education. 2. A minimum of 3 months of experience in customer service (face-to-face or call center). 3. Good communication skills and willingness to learn. 4. Operating system: Windows 11 Pro, Enterprise, or Workstation. 5. RAM: minimum 8GB. 6. Wired internet connection (cable). 7. Headset/headphones with microphone. 8. Webcam for PC or adapted on laptop.
