Job Description

Join our team as a Real Estate Property Title Insurance Team Member, where you will support US real estate transactions by preparing and reviewing title insurance policies and related documents. You will also conduct title searches, prepare title abstracts, and ensure compliance with state title insurance regulations. Maintaining accurate records and resolving title-related issues will be crucial for smooth closings.

Qualifications

1. Must have 2+ years of experience in New Jersey title insurance or real estate closings 2. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and title/closing software is required 3. Must have solid knowledge of New Jersey title insurance laws and real estate closing processes 4. Must have experience communicating directly with US clients, attorneys, lenders, or underwriters in a title/closing context 5. English proficiency at C1 Advanced level or higher is mandatory 6. Must be legally authorized to work in the Dominican Republic 7. Must be available to work 9:00am–5:00pm US Eastern Time (EST) Preferred: - Experience managing multiple files or transactions simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with industry-standard title and closing software platforms - Understanding of US real estate practices beyond New Jersey - Ability to adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven workflows
