Rating Analyst – EMEA

Job Description

Join our team as a Rating Analyst and play a crucial role in advancing our digital assets rating and monitoring platform. You'll be responsible for: - Gathering and analyzing data to extract meaningful insights, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. - Preparing comprehensive rating reports, covering conceptualization, data analysis, and clear result presentation. - Coordinating internal requirements with developers, marketing, sales, and external partners to align product development with business goals and customer needs. - Maintaining the highest quality standards in research and data aggregation, complying with relevant laws and regulations. - Identifying opportunities to enhance data collection, automation, analytics, and reporting processes. - Staying updated with industry best practices and trends in digital assets. - Improving our holistic rating framework by analyzing market conditions to ensure the accuracy of metrics.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong focus on credit risk and ratings. Experience in structured finance risk management is an advantage. 2. Demonstrated expertise in blockchain, smart contracts, and tokenized assets, with knowledge of real-world asset (RWA) applications in digital finance. 3. Proficiency in data analytics, utilizing tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks. 4. A deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks for digital assets, including compliance and risk management standards. 5. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a history of effective teamwork with diverse stakeholders. 6. Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of producing clear, comprehensive reports and presentations. 7. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with skills in developing plans based on market research and data-driven insights. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to market developments and technological advancements.
