Seeking an Informatics Manager to enhance healthcare outcomes through technology and data management. This role involves designing and maintaining health information systems, analyzing healthcare data to support clinical workflows, and identifying opportunities for new technology integration. Responsibilities include coaching the informatics team on statistical methods, conducting literature reviews, and collaborating with industry partners to advance knowledge. The Informatics Manager will also design documentation systems, define data models, and develop data migration systems to ensure data accuracy in new informatics systems, establishing testing protocols to meet defined requirements.
