Job Description

AudienceView is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to design, develop, and maintain resilient and scalable automation frameworks, focusing on AI-driven solutions. The Quality Engineer will: - Execute automated test cases to ensure the integrity of web applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and meet test automation requirements, creating effective solutions. - Apply various testing methodologies, including exploratory, functional, and non-functional testing. - Use tools like JMeter and Postman to automate API testing. - Stay updated with the latest automation trends and best practices. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts, leveraging AI/ML. - Work with teams to identify and resolve defects and issues. - Mentor team members on all aspects of quality assurance. - Take ownership of release management processes to maintain high product quality. - Collaborate with all stakeholders. - Use AI-powered tools for test creation, coverage, defect analysis, and overall quality improvement.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Quality Engineer at AudienceView, you should have: 1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in creating automation frameworks and designing automation tests. 2. Exposure to AI-powered testing or AI-assisted tools (Bonus). 3. Proficiency in SeleniumWebdriver IO, Cypress, or Playwright (Must). 4. Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, Python, or C# (Must). 5. Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman (Must). 6. A Quality First Mindset (Must). 7. Experience in testing React-based applications. 8. Expertise in mobile testing across diverse platforms and devices. 9. Familiarity with performance testing tools, including JMeter. 10. Knowledge of MySQL. 11. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions like Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP. 12. Familiarity with Agile Frameworks. 13. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 14. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 15. The ability to work both independently and within a team. 16. Excellent multitasking abilities.
