Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We're searching for a Quality Control Manager to continuously assess quality control procedures, ensuring cost-effective and efficient methods that meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will make recommendations for improvement, review client QC requirements, and verify project documentation aligns with contractual obligations. They will also understand client needs to develop effective quality control processes, maintain detailed documentation, and provide comprehensive reports to executives. This role involves identifying opportunities for enhancement and creating innovative, efficient procedures.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Construction Quality Control Manager, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. 2. Experience in and ability to utilize the 3-phase inspection program. 3. Must be conscientious and responsible. 4. Must possess a keen eye for detail. 5. Must have a results-driven approach to work. 6. Must have outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills. 7. Proficient in MS Office products. 8. A BS/BA in business administration or a relevant field is preferred but not a strict requirement. 9. In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. 10. Must be able to work multiple shifts and weekend work as needed. 11. Must be able to pass a federal background check.
